ADDITIONAL SERVICES
✓ Pool/Spa Inspection
We perform a non-invasive visual inspection of the apparent condition of the readily accessible installed systems and components of the pool/spa.
Installed components included in the inspection are the pump/filter, plumbing and valves, visual inspection of cracks and leaks.
The inspector will also identify which of the seven drowning prevention safety features exist.
When a pool inspection is grouped with a home inspection, the pool is inspected for a flat rate of $150. For pool only inspections please call for pricing.
